to elevate a sample of your actual product.
Test data forms the basis for developing your application-specific
design:
- Suitability for elevation
- Abrasion factor
- Damage, if any, to product
during elevation
- Flow rate range
- Performance at various flow
rates
- Appropriate casing diameter
- Screw design
- Product intake design
- Feed hopper design
- Motor and drive system design
- Discharge head design
- Volumetric feeder accuracy
and repeatability
Testing is videotaped, and conducted at our Hudson, New
Hampshire facility.
